PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOLS
COMPILED PERFORMANCE REPORTS
As outlined in 20-6-809, MCA, the Board of Public Education must annually publish a Performance Report for each public charter school under its purview aligned with the Public Charter School Performance Framework. The Performance Report summarizes the school’s academic performance, financial reporting, and organizational performance utilizing the most recent data available for the year in review. The Performance Report also provides a summary of the mission of the charter school and enrollment demographics.

LEGISLATIVE ANNUAL REPORT
As outlined in 20-6-804, MCA, the Board of Public Education must annually publish an annual report on the state's public charter schools for the school year ending in the preceding calendar year. The annual report must include a comparison of the performance of public charter school students with the performance of academically, ethnically, and economically comparable groups of students in noncharter public schools and the board's assessment of the successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, including the board's assessment of the sufficiency of funding for public charter schools and any suggested changes in state law or policy necessary to strengthen the state's public charter schools.
